C-40B departs Joint Base Andrews at 5:51 a.m.; heads south.

SAM185, https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=ae0945

Also watching two C-17s about to enter Romanian airspace

RCH4573, https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=ae1238

RCH3215, https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=ae1235

and a third C-17 already in Romanian airspace

RCH3248, https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=ae1471

All three took off from Ramstein AB in Kaiserslautern and headed toward the Black Sea. The first two made a 180 over the Black Sea and are headed to the NW. The third looks as if will take a similar route. Training flights?

I'm just looking for aberrations; that's all.

A C-40B takes off just before 6:00; where's it going?

Why are there three C17s near Romania?

And good morning.
