I saw one clip where he said "the witness can answer questions in any way they like". WTF? In hearings like this, the questioner is always in control. If the "witness" refuses to give a direct answer to the question, then they have every right to cut them off, point out that they refuse to answer the question and move onto another question. Honest witnesses have no problem answering yes/no questions with a yes or no. Liars and corrupt pieces of shit like every member of Trump's cabinet always refuse to answer yes/no questions with a yes or no. I don't think I have yet seen a single Trump cabinet member answer yes or no to a yes/no question.
