Among the examples I saw: a post that claimed to include a “recording of a JEWISH rabbi” — capitalization theirs — “explaining how they drink the blood of children and have their bodies minced and made into food!!”

I had an SO once who worked on issues related to the latter. It just about destroyed him seeing what was there. I think he left his job not that long later.
