to think she would be a better President now than the last time I voted for her?

She's wicked smart. For her, revenge is a dish best served cold, her wounds are healed but not so much that she doesn't remember where all of the daggers struck.
She knows the best people for the jobs and who better to fix our damaged international relationships.
She's not perfect, I have some issues with her that I won't identify in this post.

Added benefit, Putin hates her and she won't take crap from either party.
