Wes Moore stated emphatically today on CNN that he is not

running in 2028. He said "I'm not running for President. I'm not." In an interview today with Kacy Hunt, he said that four years ago he had never held elective office. Okay, but things change and we are talking about two years from now. We shall see.

I don’t care. I don’t get the focus on getting him or anyone to declare running for president. We need to protect what’s left us democracy first. IMHO

As he is outside of MD. At least according to what I've been reading.

He seems very likable on TV, at least. But being telegenic isn't everything. Don't know much about MD politics.

His favorability rating is about 60%, which is good. And, honestly, I think I've been seeing polls that are being influenced by MAGAts. He's had to raise taxes to cover things like the Federal workforce being downsized, building a new FSK bridge, and the flooding in Western MD that FEMA refused to help with. So a lot of people are pissed at him about raising their taxes.
