Has Fred thompson been on a diet or is he sick?

Just saw Larry show a clip of him endorsing newtie while being interviewed by Faux. Looks way different that I remember him last.

It would be natural to have some health problems at his age.

I had a friend in that age range who lost a lot of weight. I thought he was ill. Then his stepson told me that my friend was diabetic, and had to lose weight and change his unhealthy eating habits.
