He will obey this ruling, but it didn’t cover every tariff, and he’s got three other laws he can invoke to impose more tariffs.

All of his EO’s falling outside the executive branch have been ignored by those he has attempted to control.

to neutering the judicial branch and would continue to work quietly to bring their lapdogs to heel. I think that it is more likely that Trump will just continue to try to ignore the judicial branch rather than eliminate it with an executive order which would only serve to define the limits of his power.
