To get ahead, corporations, businesses, CEOs and those born with capital, break the law, connive, manipulate and abuse those with less capital. The business that breaks the law gets ahead much quicker and can monipolize the market much faster than one that follows the law. That's why capitalism always degrades into corruption. It was a massive intelligence conspiracy, with sex trafficking and drugs no doubt a part of it as well as selling of state secrets and it was no doubt how Trump was both able to keep others under control, and how others made sure that Trump remained at least somewhat under control. He is not the mastermind, though likely he is part of a cabal.

Here's the problem for him. Trump is now a liability. He's exposing the network due to his incompetence and increasing senility, and important people - not just those who were ensnared but also those who were involved - are increasingly coming under the spotlight.
