The United States military couldn’t hold and pacify Iraq.

Iran is four times the size of Iraq, with almost four times its population.

If troops had been ordered in, you would already have seen a massive physical staging of soldiers and materials.

There has been no ground forces buildup. Not enough to have any effect at least. There is no land or sea invasion on the books. If there is it will be a total failure.

What we are seeing here is bluster.

The current military engagement will be air and standoff weapons only.

Remember, this is Trump. He's not careful about anything. He has no desire to be close to reality.
