THE DEMOCRATS HAVE FLIPPED ARKANSAS'S #HD70 (Harris+2)

Looks like a pretty good-sized overperformance from 2024 too

It's important because the Arkansas General Assembly will hold its "fiscal session" this year. It's only one blue seat in a sea of red but I'm pleased for every bit of good news we can get.
