From the close of Talarico's acceptance speech last night. It was an interesting speech. The content was great, simple, socially responsible, but not at all charismatic. He's no JFK or Barack Obama. But maybe that will turn out to be part of his appeal.
What do you all think of his public speaking style?

as well as progressive policies. Proper tools for different jobs, and all.
