Weve got the first report about Romneys 2010 taxes. His effective tax rate was 13.9%, just below the 15% he estimated last week. More shortly.

(11,064 posts)He's obviously trying to dodge taxes. Why would anyone believe that he is truthfully reporting all of his foreign income on his tax returns? For someone who has set up multiple accounts in the Cayman Islands, it is more likely that he is only reporting income from some accounts to give the false impression that he is being truthful and candid with respect to his foreign income.
