12. It's completely doable unfortunately. For example, launched from a fishing boat in international waters off CA.

Shahed drones have a supposed range of 2500 km. Even if we halve that - it's got plenty range from 50 miles off the coast.
The payload supposedly is 60 - 110 lbs. Again, even if we conservatively assume 30 lbs, that's not insignificant. So, despite reasonable skepticism of the source, it's technically possible.
