Awful storms: but now so many rural folk love "big government."

Also, has any preacher claimed the storms were, "God's wrath because of the hatred and injustice shown to the poorest migrants?"

Yeah; I didn't think so...

Despite the fact he screwed them over in his first term.

These are solid facts.
I am talking statistical data, not the exceptions.

Reminding us there are farmers who are Democrats and that’s why I commented.
I don’t dispute your facts. The majority of farmers are putting maga ahead of their best interests.

Sadly they used to know better.

... in theory, at least. Sadly, our elected officials have abdicated their sworn responsibilities to serve the best interests of their constituents, instead, pledging obsequious obeisance to corporatists and a lawless wannabe dictator.

This wave of storms has pretty much been relegated to the back burner. Colleague who tracks weather said there was 6” hail reported in IL days ago. Can’t imagine experiencing that

Under normal circumstances, it takes years to recover from weather disasters with the effects felt decades afterwards. We’re not in normal circumstances now. Our military and debt service payments along with reduced revenue from tax cuts makes helping these folks far more difficult. And with climate change and rising costs for materials, this situation won’t get any better.

Native American First Nation Tribes are largely rural residents and get Federal money for just about everything. The wealthy Nations have been blessed by the gaming gods
And they have suffered generations of hatred and injustice
And the weather does indeed put a heavy burden on their lives. Mother Nature has the first and last word

First world urban dwellers and suburbanites may have limited understanding of such
