7. Totally blinded

The heavily blinded our military and crippled the THAAD missile defense network. On the first day of the conflict, a Shahed drone obliterated the $300 million AN/TPS-59 radar dome at Naval Support Activity in Bahrain. That radar was “the only 360-degree coverage mobile radar in the world certified to detect tactical ballistic missiles” according to Lockheed Martin in 2007. They destroyed a ton of radar domes.

A higher percentage of Iranian missiles have been hitting their targets since. Tel Aviv and Haifa have been pummeled these last couple of days.
