MS NOW just reported that the new Ayatollah has released his first message,

saying (my paraphrasing) that Iran will continue to avenge their martyrs -- including the school children who were killed. Discussion among the show's hosts indicate we may suffer a long-term closure of the Straits of Hormuz.

1. He also wants reparations from the US and Israel for the bombing.

This won't be over for a very long time.

Anyone with any brains knew it would be a disaster to go to war with Iran.

Krasnov didn't get his advice from our military intelligence, he got it from Bibi, his son-in-law, Kegsbreath, a hedge fund manager.

We don’t need an ally that is nothing but a loose cannon.

I'd also be inclined to matching funds to rebuild Gaza, and if Israel doesn't like THAT, they can put Bibi in a cell for free.

2. Regime change is probably off the table

The civilian casualties are causing Iranians to rally around the regime. We should have had someone identified for Iranians to rally around. Instead, Trump and Bibi killed everyone but the most radical. Demanding unconditional surrender was phenomenally stupid. It terrifies the regime and the people and gives them nothing to lose by fighting.

Gross incompetence and stupidity by this Administration to get us to this point. Stupid people shouldn’t have guns.

we could have chosen anyone they would have rallied around. We focus on those who wanted the regime gone, but there is also a segment that didn’t. I heard an analyst say that there has never in history been regime change after air alone.

4. The only thing Trump wants is Iran's resources. Regime change means nothing to him.

He wants to destroy and scare countries into handing him everything.

I can't blame him for thinking this way I guess.
Everyone in the US rolled over for him.
Courts, congress, institutions, billionaires, etc etc.
Venezuela handed him what he wanted.
All the tariff countries complied.

What Trump wants, Trump gets.

At least 50/50 that Trump will steal the elections again.

I wish I was going to be wrong, but I doubt I am.

Every whackdoodle jihadist and his brother are going to be standing in line to strap on a bomb and get revenge for the deaths of those kids. The likelihood of an attack on US soil is near 100%. There is no way they are letting that go.
