All right yall, the saturday gummie kicked in and i have a structrual question:

The DoJ is a congressionally created agency, right? That means, can congress write legislation moving it from the executive branch to the judicial, since congress also controls court structure, minus the existence of the Supremes?
As in, the whole damned thing, let's try that so the next mad king can't use it as a playtoy?

As the courts are the ones that have adjudicate the work product presented .. ?
Not that there would ever be a 'thumb on the scales' suggested or anything ....

But perhaps you just don't see an inherent prejudice toward the prosecution - when the judiciary is in fact in charge of hiring, firing, ordering - and in the end directing the people tasked with bringing the same. Mileage may vary?
