... as a measure to cut spending....since they don't do much except stall and obstruct.

The fact that there are enough of them to control one of the chambers of Congress is the REAL problem.

Yep.....That's the real thing......The Congressional salary is just so much chump change,in comparison.......I think boner uses most of his on greens fees......And bourbon......
