Heather Cox Richardson Article Raises Extremely Unsettling Questions.

In an article, Heather Cox Richardson writes:

Back on February 23, Daniel Ruetenik, Pat Milton, and Cara Tabachnick of CBS News reported on a newly uncovered document in the Epstein files showing that beginning in December 2010 under the Obama administration, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) was running an investigation of Jeffrey Epstein and fourteen other people for drug trafficking, prostitution, and money laundering.

The document showed the investigation, called “Chain Reaction,” was still underway in 2015. But the investigation disappeared, although the document suggested that it was a significant investigation and that the government was on the verge of indictments.

As soon as the story broke, Senator Ron Wyden of Oregon, the top-ranking Democrat on the Senate Finance Committee, said: “It appears Epstein was involved in criminal activity that went way beyond pedophilia and sex trafficking, which makes it even more outrageous that [Attorney General] Pam Bondi is sitting on several million unreleased files.”

My question:

Obviously people in the Obama admin HAD TO KNOW about this. Just at what time did the investigation disappear??? We know Trump takes office 2016 - so of course maybe they deep sixed it as Wyden suggests in paragraphs 6 and 7 of Heather's article.

HOWEVER, Biden was VP under Obama AND one would reasonably think this disappeared investigation was going to be a hot topic to pick up for the Biden DOJ - especially after the attempted coup orchestrated by Donald Vonshitinpants. Why are we only hearing about this now? What did Merrick Garland know about this and when did he know? I feel trickling down my back and I know it ain't rain.

Also Eric Holder was the Attorney General under Obama, followed by Loretta Lynch and Sally Yates in 2015.
When Chump 1.0 came in he appointed Jeff Sessions as his new AG in 2016.

We need to have a public Congressional hearing and ask these people what happened in 2015-16 to make this investigation - and the evidence - disappear?

7. This isn't Biden's fault.

He might not have recalled it considering he was dealing with the fallout of the insurrection AND a country in the throws of a pandemic. He had priorities other than remembering a sidelined federal investigation which he may not have even known about in his VP role.

9. The FBI doesn't report to either President or Vice President

In 2015 those were Obama and Biden, respectively.

In 2015 the Director of the FBI was James Comey. 'Memba him? Chump came in in 2017 and fired him almost immediately. We were never really told why Comey had to be fired so abruptly. Comey was replaced by Christopher Wray who remained as Director until 2025. Wray was replaced by Kash Patel in Chump's 2nd term.

The Attorney General in 2015 was Eric Holder who resigned earlier but remained in office while his successor was approved. The successor was Loretta Lynch who remained in office for 2 years and was replaced by Sally Yates in 2017. When Chump came in (first term) in 2017 he immediately fired Yates and appointed Jeff Sessions as his AG.

We need to ask the AGs of 2015-17 because they must be the ones who know what happened to this investigation. I don't know whether the FBI Directors can be asked to testify. (?) The longer we wait, the harder it's going to be to get to the truth.

The FBI hsa been an insubordinate, anti-Democratic, Republican crimes catch-and-kill organization for well over s decade at this point. It's one of the reasons the next Democratic administration needs to completely clean house, starting with the immediate firing of the FBI Director.
