For my fellow DUers confused by the United States war with Iran:

The President is now simultaneously claiming that he won the war, is currently wining the war, needs help to win the war, and needs no help to win the war.

All to destroy the nuclear program he claims to have already destroyed last year.

Hope this helps.

I had a quick mental image memory of Maxwell Smart and his sidekick, Agent 99, fighting against their arch enemy, CHAOS.

Except to them, CHAOS was an enemy, not their friend, even though Smart constantly created chaos in his wake.

Honestly, that was only thing that seemed to be cheaper. And now that's gone. Gas is higher today than it ever was under Biden. $3.99 in my southwest Michigan town.

Once you accept a contradiction, it’s hard to refute its constituent statements both in logic and practice. We voters generally disfavor flip floppers as being insincere opportunists, but what do we say when someone holds opposite views concurrently? One would hope that our response as a voting population would be even more severe, but alas we unsuccessfully are relegated to arguing against both propositions simultaneously. I think it is rather successful at muddling our minds’ natural and learned logical intuition.

until the rest of the world is as confused and in as much of a shambles as the inside of his head.

Job only partly done, but he and his flying monkeys are working on it.

The pointless deaths and destruction are his and Bibi's contribution to the world.

You can thank them later.
The WW2 Mussolini 'reward' might be appropriate.
Or the Sadam Hussein 'reward'.
Either one will do.

One thing I have been wondering about though:
The US has declared Iran the 'bad guy who shouldn't have nukes' and it's ok to murder their leadership.
What happens if Iran decides the US is the 'bad guy', and shouldn't have nukes, then repays the leadership murder part of the drama?
