I think it is safe to say most Americans are suffering from trauma due to Trump and cutting and cutting
their losses because of his power grabs. Know trauma. Know that there is growth in trauma. Don't let anyone make you feel smaller for it.

As you heal from trauma, you will encounter pushback from those in your life who benefit from you continuing just as you are. That's for them.
