(4,179 posts)... she's incredibly prolific, and I look forward to her archaeological and anthropological posts. I hope she's just taking a well-deserved break to catch her breath, so to speak.

(132,215 posts)where Rosie O'Donnell plays a judge. She and the main character, Jane Bingham, are having their regular get-together, after Jane passes off a missed session wuth "taking a mental health day". Rosie's character, Judge Summers, says, "A mental health DAY??? I need a mental health MONTH!!!" I truly understand.

(26,823 posts)It's such a relief not to hear what miserable, or crazy stuff drumphf is up to for 2 days straight!
If something [hopefully not!] so awful that I need to keep track happens, or reversely something so wonderful is occurring I want to follow - that's my current plan.

(41,891 posts)I've been kind of semi-absent myself for a while, owing to multiple computer/browser/OS problems and a more active sleep disorder than ever. I just started to post stuff with a paleontological bent recently, and realized how relaxing it was to focus on something that didn't involve raging political criminality. I still click on links of that sort and comment occasionally but I think a lot of people have decided to step back and watch this ship burn to the waterline without comment.
I'm hoping Judy Lynn's situation is similar (well, without the sleep disorder and other troubles).

(132,215 posts)the sleep disorder being corrected. I can well understand the desire/need to step back. Periodically, I just say, "F this" and go read or watch froth.
