But, the grifter is becoming a liability. There are whispers of rumors that it is being discussed in some circles. I would bet that some of the sycophants can be bought and coerced. They may be loyalists...but they have no integrity. They may realize they need to save their futures with the powers that be.

I dunno. Anything is possible in this circus.

That was back in the 80’s. I guess that since Barron doesn’t work with investments they don’t watch what he’s doing or they’re falling down in the job. Trump probably put some corrupt dumbass in charge. They usually know who made a transaction.

18. Volume in stock and oil futures surged minutes before Trump's market-turning post
Tue Mar 24, 2026, 04:33 PM

There may be some significant insider trading taking place. trump may have tipped someone who is going to make some significant money on this information.

https://www.cnbc.com/2026/03/23/volume-in-stock-and-oil-futures-surged-minutes-before-trumps-market-turning-post.html

S&P 500 futures and oil futures flashed an unusual burst of activity early Monday minutes before a market-moving social media post from President Donald Trump.

At around 6:50 a.m. in New York, S&P 500 e-Mini futures trading on the CME recorded a sharp and isolated jump in volume, breaking from an otherwise subdued premarket backdrop. With thin liquidity typical of early trading hours, the sudden burst stood out as one of the largest volume moments of the session up to that point.

A similar pattern was observed in oil markets. West Texas Intermediate May futures also saw a noticeable pickup in trading activity at roughly the same time, with a distinct volume spike interrupting otherwise quiet conditions.

Roughly 15 minutes later, at 7:05 a.m., Trump said on Truth Social that the U.S. and Iran had held talks and that he was halting planned strikes on Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure. That announcement prompted an instant rally in risk assets, with S&P 500 futures soaring more than 2.5% before the opening bell. West Texas Intermediate futures dropped nearly 6% following the announcement......

The timing of the earlier volume spikes across both equities and crude caught the attention of traders, particularly given the absence of an obvious catalyst at the moment they occurred.

Early-morning futures markets are typically less liquid, which can make short bursts of buying and selling more noticeable than during regular trading hours. Still, the trades raised some eyebrows because whoever purchased a large amount of stock futures and sold or shorted crude futures at that moment made a lot of money just minutes later.

Unfortunately, my mind has been so violently blown so many times since the Orange Hellbeast got reelected that there must not be much left to blow. I should be horrified and outraged, but instead I'm just numb. I think something must have switched off in my brain temporarily to keep me from going completely insane.

The outrages just keep piling up and piling up, until I feel like we're all getting buried alive under them. Thank goodness for the No Kings protest that's coming up on Saturday (my birthday, btw). I am really looking forward to it.

After Kankles is out of office and Democrats control Congress, investigate the trading done by Trump family, cabinet and elected GOP senators and congress members. Plus, the Kushner's and their ilk.

I hope someone buys a vowel, and decides to do it. This could really shake things up with some well known people going to jail.

The doj is just as corrupt as the rest of this regime.
However most states including NY and FL have their own laws and can prosecute for insider trading. I just can't determine where he claims his residence is.

And once this regime is out our new DOJ must prosecute every member of Congress who profitted from insider info.

Here are the key details regarding insider trading laws in Washington, D.C.:
Federal Authority: The SEC uses Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 to prosecute insider trading, prohibiting anyone (including government officials) from using nonpublic information for personal profit.

The STOCK Act (2012): This act prohibits members of Congress, their families, and staff from using nonpublic information gained through their work for insider trading. It also requires them to disclose stock trades within 30 to 45 days.

Proposed Strengthening Legislation (2025-2026): Because the STOCK Act penalties are low ($200 for late reporting), new legislation such as the Stop Insider Trading Act (introduced in Jan 2026) has been proposed to outright ban members from purchasing individual stocks, requiring them to sell or divest from their holdings.

Current Debate: While insider trading is officially illegal, there is significant ongoing political debate regarding its enforcement, with some lawmakers and activists pushing for stricter bans (e.g., the ETHICS Act) due to perceived loopholes.
Campaign Legal Center

In short, insider trading is illegal in D.C., and members of Congress are specifically restricted by the STOCK Act, with proposed legislation aiming to further restrict their ability to trade stocks. Representative Tom Barrett | (.gov)
