Anyone can pretty much nominate anyone they want to, similar to the MacArthur Foundation Leadership Awards. The committee that goes through all the nominees deserves an award. As does Zelensky. Having won a MacArthur I have some say in nominating people that will actually be considered. The Nobels don’t care what anyone says or how much influence they believe they should exert. But Trump will never get one. Of that I am absolutely certain.
