Is anyone naive enough to believe the SAVE HIS ASS Act would be applied equally?

Hypothetical:

A photo copy of a birth certificate will be acceptable as proof of citizenship in suburban Republican areas, but not acceptable in Democratic urban areas. "You need the original" voters in Democratic areas will be told.

The media will declare the Republican the winner, ignoring the different standards that were used in Republican areas, but not Democratic areas. "Oh just move on" will be the mantra yet again.

Live in a deep red district in a "liberal" state. Have registered GOP forever. Saves hassle.
