and go indy. Even enough going RW independent would be enough to change control. So pass the Senate Bill in its entirety. Make the RW break away.

as long as it gives the Democrats control, and the leadership changes cannot be made if the said splinter group returns to the Republican Party.

And I'm expecting a splinter group to emerge that will refuse to caucus with ANYONE, giving the Democrats control of the House.

And that said splinter will be refused to be readmitted to the Republican Party, if one changes their mind, for the next 2 years until elections.

There is too much at stake for members in terms of committee assignments etc to not caucus with one party or the other and particularly too much at stake for members of the party that currently controls Congress. The idea that a group of repubs is going to splinter off and not caucus with the repubs (thereby giving Democrats control of the House) is ludicrous.

Maybe we could get Boner and his closest friends if we make him Speaker.
