An update and an ongoing thanks to all of you.

I'm posting this because first and foremost, I want you all to know that I say thank you to all of you every day as I get closer to my hearing and knowing that it's only due to all of your generosity that I still get to have a roof and sheets on my bed at night.

I met briefly with my attorney today and as my hearing approaches, 15 days from today, he said we're in really good shape and that he's very optimistic about our chances.
All of my documentation shows disability with my range of motion reduced to 25% of normal and my disability level at 62% which is more than sufficient to prove my case.

Trust is an important part of hiring an attorney, and him having told me that all of this was going to happen as it has thus far, it's only proper that I have faith in the last part of his prognosis, that this hearing would be where I'd likely succeed.

I'll close just reemphasizing how much your support has and does mean to me and how blessed I am to have received the gift of your love.

Onward to the finish line!

God bless and thank you again,
Love, John

I hope everything goes expeditiously and smoothly. Sounds like your lawyer has it covered.

I don't know if this link will be useful to you. Government departments (both US and here is Au.) have what they call 'Impairment Tables", used as the standard when assessing disability.

It can be helpful to read the table that applies to you, so you know what you are up against. I'll bet your lawyer has already done this but here's the link anyway.

Best of luck John, hang in there.
