2. They hand out awards like candy these days. Reminds me of when I worked

and we would have a national team meeting and everyone would get some sort of little useless trophy for "great team player" or "first in region", etc. You could stick it on your desk but ultimately it was in some drawer or file 13 because it was meaningless.

the Orange Asshole just loves those participation trophies and our elected officials just love giving him one.....what a country.
