Dems had 30 years to get rid of Collins!

How their expensive consultants could analyze the current moment - Trump and the GOP at all time low approval, voters who hate the establishment, enthusiastic new candidates smelling blood in the water and running as Dems in every office across the land from Dog Catcher to Governor - and not get in front of a Platner-type in a significant Senate seat....

I smell White Nationalist... Janet Mills may be older remains sharp as a tack, has been tested and if you vote only for Platner's youth (or worse, gender), well we will probably all be screwed.

If he didn't know at the time, then he had plenty of time to address it and remove it... but he just denied and lied... therefore unqualified to serve.

I believe that he was too stupid to know what it was the first time, but found out later, and just didn't care enough to do anything about it because it's "a cool looking skull" (or something).

Platner is a Republican plant who is going to hand the election to the concerned one.

After all, for all your rah rah we’ll win this war, more actual democratic voters are saying fuck that, we want someone that’s actually speaking against this.

This is coming down to AIPAC funded candidates. The party is sick of them and sick of the organization buying our politicians and sending people off to die and kill people over there.

You’re so fucking transparent.

Because I couldn't find anything that says they have.

And if you want to talk about people putting us in a position to die and kill others, you might want to check out what happens with people who had totenkopf tattoos and how much killing and dying that caused. Color me skeptical about Platner needing to distance himself from pretty much everything he's said or done between 2006 and 2021 and the level of sincerity of that. And since he's also recently backtracked on his admission that it was a nazi tattoo, he's not even seemingly being truthful in more recent things.

I’ll admit I may have jumped the gun on any AIPAC donations Mills supposedly received. I didn’t find anything on open secrets too. So that was my mistake. I may have also heard it from a sketchy source. But I think this race is viewed more as a change vs establishment election, which is likely hurting Mills.

He has made a lot of statements in the past on Reddit that should turn off, well… everyone. You can check my past posts. It’s unmistakable to be the totenkopf, but he may well have been young and dumb. He has also made some really crazy comments claiming he’s a communist and while people are all racist, while commenting on tipping habits of black people.

But I also recognize that people have the capacity to change. And right now, I think democratic voters in Maine are willing to bet on that, and that he’s the change candidate rather than the establishment candidate.

And yes, I think calling out Israel’s actions in Gaza and forcefully condemning the US fighting the war for Israel’s interests is having an impact in appealing to democrats.
