Apparently, he had to crawl out of the passenger side. It looks like he wasn't driving all that fast. Driving impaired however.

The driver of the pickup truck observed a Range Rover closing at high speed, and attempted to get off the road, but was unable to do so because of the narrowness of the residential street. The Range Rover clipped the back end of the trailer and landed on the driver’s side.

No alcohol was detected during the breathalyzer test (or whatever they use). But they asked for a urine sample at the station since the officers suspected he was impaired. Woods refused. Testing following his previous rollover apparently showed he had a pharmacy of drugs in him.

I didn’t know you could refuse to be tested. It would seem to be hard to prove impairment without physical evidence. So who knows where this will go.

I know he took a breathalyzer, but in Texas if you refuse a breathalyzer, you could be hauled off to jail and then you're forced. I would assume the same applies to other tests. Since Woods was arrested, I assume he will be booked and tested.

The advantage of refusing a test, is that it delays the testing results, which can lower the amt in your system.

However, refusing the breathalyzer doesn’t mean you’re in the clear. Law enforcement will often obtain a search warrant for a blood sample, and if they do, they’ll get your BAC anyway.

I have friends who dealt with Mr. Woods when he was in Columbus OH for a golf
tournament years ago… before his wife put an 8 iron through his rear window … and
the stories were not pretty.

Of all the women he was cheating with only one got even a meal or dinner out of it. She was a waitress and he bought her a 6” Subway sub. That’s it.

He and Jordan (sometimes Barkeley) regularly went to clubs where they were upstairs watching the dance floor with “bottle girls” bringing them outrageously priced bottles of champagne vodka tequila etc. they’d watch the dance floor and tell the manager who they wanted to come to their room. This is apparently a regular thing many places for high rollers. When it all went down one of Tiger’s team commented on MJ that “basketball is the only thing he ever contributed to the world.”

….. tournament in Columbus, OH and they had a band come and play there. It was a big name group too.
Well, Mr. Woods showed up uninvited with 2 or 3 of his body guards and was a complete asshole and his
body guards were just thugs. Well my friend’s husband told Tiger to cut the crap or just leave the party
because he wanted his friends and clients to enjoy themselves and Tiger and his goons were stopping
that from happening. Tiger did not take that very well but the event had its own security people too who
were law enforcement and so Tiger left. If Tiger wants to kill himself in a car crash fine by me as long as
he doesn’t hurt others and the world would be a better place w/out him.
