(9,131 posts)...Sclapp's Wiki page because I had forgotten what happened with his sexual harassment cases and I see that one of his accusers recanted and claimed that his accusation was all the result of a misunderstanding and that no one paid him to recant. Turns out the American Conservative Union paid him. Ugh.
