Qatar and Saudi Arabia, on the other hand, get 80-90% of their water from desalination.

Also, what does he want from Iran? What concessions does he think they need to make? I don't see why Iran would be inclined to negotiate when there is nothing favorable for them that Trump could offer. Our administration is negotiating from a position of weakness here, but Trump doesn't seem to think that, because he started the fight.

Which will create a massive immigration crisis, which will destabilize most countries in the region, causing a crisis greater in scale than Syria.

This is the 200$ oil scenario.
