Ya Know, I Was In The Military

And I might get yelled at for this, but it just seems like it's following in trump and hegseths footprints, and i becoming a clown show. Yeah I'm talking about the helicopter incident at kid rocks house. I was in the Marine Corps Airwing. Was their yahoo pilots? To be sure, of course there was. But always with a little discipline to go with it. There are three reasons we are a military super power. Intelligence, the hardware, and the discipline. If we don't have the discipline, and I mean hegseth too, then our troops are in big trouble.

Don't know if he wanted it for promotional purposes, or so he could watch himself being heroic or something whenever he felt old and unappreciated and needed to revise the narrative in his head.

That clip was just too Hollywood not to be for some sort of promotion he was going to profit off.

If this was put down as a training flight - like the PR stadium fly-overs for sporting events - he needs to go through the proper channels and pay for the fuel if he had them fly a formation for his personal use.
According to a helicopter pilot I asked at work there are times a local organization asks for a fly-by or landing shot for commercial purposes.

The day Trump dies should immediately be declared as a second independence day for the nation and become a national day of remembrance for the lives needlessly lost due to Trump and his unqualified bootlicking imbeciles in the cabinet.

There is no doubt this is the worst cabinet EVER to govern in the history of the union. It is so bad that its been lapped at least twice by the second worst of all-time - Trump's first cabinet.

The fact that they are killing US troops and have no plans at all for what comes AFTER the missiles and bombs should be considered treason. Is he dead yet? Because there's a perfectly good day going on right now that could be elevated to legendary with a singular event finally coming to pass...

I can't image why these dickhead pilots got away with shit like that. In a just world, they would have been grounded for good.

it was proper or allowed, but you were in so you know the level of shenanigans that go on.
Hell, I know someone who was an ANG pilot and since he was stationed close by, he used to occasionally land a UH1 behind his moms garden to have a quick visit. You could hear him coming miles away in that damn thing. We used to jump on our dirt bikes and go over there to try getting a close look, but there was always another guy staying with the aircraft and he wouldn't let us anywhere near it. Granted, this was in the 80's and things are far more strict now, but this baloney still happens every day in new and unique forms.
These are young men for the most part, and they get easily bored.
