The Gop needs to start working at Minimum Wage!

This may seem to some like progress. To me, it is failure.This is what pewstates.org says.

“We need policies that make sure workers earn wages that will at the very least support their basic needs,” Christine Owens, the labor group’s executive director, said in a statement Wednesday (December 19). “But earning an income that meets basic needs shouldn’t depend on the state where a working family lives.”

Seriously...15K a year is going to support your basic needs! Rent,Food,Clothing,Gas,Heat,Electricity to name a few! If you are single your are so very screwed! If you have a family with two incomes! You are so very screwed.

We have corporations making millions in profits.We have Ceo's giving themselves the most obscene bonuses. These are paid out even when they fail. They pay themselves for failure. Think about that for a minute. They pay themselves when they fail.

Want to know what would happen to the worker if they failed to meet corporate criteria.The one that is doing ten jobs for the price of one. Yup you guessed it. They would be out on their Ass!

Cost of living wages...LOL! Corporate America sucks!

May they all rot in HELL!

1. House Dems brought increase in minimum wage up for a vote in July

All republicans voted against it. But they sure didn't balk at enacting legislation to make sure they got automatic cost of living increases in their own salaries every year( they haven't taken it for 3 years but it's there).
