I wonder if his disappearing, the rumors of going to walter reed, his supposed return today (he posted about rescuing the soldier in Iran), was all a part of an attempt to portray himself as the "second coming" or as an actual God of some sort to his followers? Will they try to pull off some narrative today that he almost died over the weekend but now "he is risen" on Easter Sunday? Or at the very least will his online influencers run with that narrative on his behalf?
