Maine Gov. Janet Mills (D) is not dropping out of the Democratic U.S. Senate primary despite trailing in the polls and having no advertisements booked after Wednesday, the Portland Press Herald reports.

I genuinely have no idea what is going on in that race, but DU seems pretty out of sync with whatever Maine Democrats are thinking.

I'm still of the mind that a near 80 year old running for a first term was a completely wild decision, and I'd not be surprised to find that's weighing heavily on many voters' decision making.
