And from what I have read I believe the women. There is a little over a month left so maybe something will come out to change my mind.
Yes the timing sucks but if you have ever been or had a loved one who was a victim of SA you recognize certain patterns of grooming. Unfortunately I saw those patterns in the women's statements.
I was a supporter and was voting for Salwell. This has left heartbroken.

As for his credentials, yes, they're top notch. He'll receive strong consideration from multiple members of my family, both in Northern and Southern California. The fact that he could become the first California Governor of Latin American descent in 150 years would obviously be special, not just for my family but for so many across the state - particularly given what the current President is attempting to do to Latin Americans in this country.

42. I was born, raised and continue to live in Southern California,

and I had a lot to say about Governor's running in other states. For example, Mamdani, Shapiro, Cooper....
It may be our governor, but it doesn't hurt to hear input from citizens of other states because ultimately, we have the final say. I welcome as much information as possible and it's up to us to decide what to believe and what to utilize in our decision making.

Kind of like a contestant on the "Price is Right" game show. The audience is yelling out their opinions and through all of the pandemonium, the contestant on stage makes the final decision, right or wrong, they have to live with their decision.

We have non partisan municipal races, which run the similar gamet. Although we don't have ranked choice.

Our mayoral races almost always end up in runoffs because the filing fees are only about $100.
