Looks like the partial government shutdown is working and they are having to be judicious about use of funds to keep their workers happy.

If pressure says on them, and they run out of under-the-table funding mechanisms, we might finally get rid of this Bush-era domestic surveillance behemoth that should never have been.

It is good to see Sec. Mullin neutered. I wonder if he knows?
