I'm very familiar with that intersection; it's a real goat-fuck during the rush hour. What this ICE douche did was not only criminal assault, it was really dangerous because there's a traffic bottleneck where people are jockeying around trying to get into the lane they belong in, and if I saw someone pull a gun on me under the circumstances I'd assume it was some roided-up road rager who was going to kill me, and I might have freaked out and caused an accident. According to the complaint the ICE vehicle was not marked as law enforcement in any way.
