Is there still a government shutdown?

We heard a lot when it affected the TSA workers but are there other government employees that are not working, not being paid?

If yes, will this "convince" the supporters of "small government" to permanently eliminate these departments and employees?

When the TSA started getting paid this dropped right out of the headlines.

But I wasn't sure how/by what funding mechanism, and of course anything IQ47 says should be assumed to be bullshit unless proven otherwise

So they ARE getting paid, despite the shutdown? All the back pay and everything? From what funds?
