Trump is a loud, stupid, lazy coward with no appreciable skills beyond lying and talking about himself. Iran is doing very little to basically rope a dope.

They have no reason to think Trump won't eventually give them the deal they want or at least at something much closer to the deal they want. So the beatings will continue.
