So far (fingers crossed) it looks good for "yes". The no vote is not hitting its benchmarks according to Steve. Results are coming in fast and furious, and it sounds like we'll have a decision soon.

(26,023 posts)but apparently the mail in vote is not part of the statewide results yet and it skews very blue.

(115,195 posts)He did his job, but boy did he annoy me. I know, I know... Many felt he was "beloved." Good for them.
By contrast, we have a sane option and one I adore: Ali Velshi. He doesn't always pronounce place names correct (Henrico County is Hen RYE Co County, not Hen REE co), but he'll get it.

(26,023 posts)I happened to notice the "Kornacki cam" on the NBC website. He was covering it without interruption or commercial break for at least an hour or two that I saw. It was fascinating to me. Occasionally he'd do a "hit " for NBC news without skipping a beat. I'm neutral on Kornacki and I like Velshi a lot, but he was giving it nonstop live coverage so I watched.

Great win! Good job Virginia democrats!
