1. This raises a ton of questions:

Who was notified, and when? Did the SS know? When were Trump's handlers made aware? When was Trump made aware? Did they know beforehand and still allowed the event to proceed?

2. The shooter sent the manifesto to his family only minutes

before the shooting. So there was no time. Good for the family. They got on it right away. But they didn't send the manifesto to authorities till after the shooting happened. CNN
