Do better, PBS News

This slight spin of Trump exploiting the event for his own ego and benefit gets characterized as "somberly contemplative and unusually conciliatory"? That is opinion disguised as news.

President Donald Trump was somberly contemplative and unusually conciliatory after confronting what he saw as a third attempt on his life in less than two years.

"blistering" the media, and that it was going to be the "most inappropriate speech ever made."

We can assume he didn't compose it. We have seen how ineffectual he is at delivering the words of other people. That alone would have impaired its effectiveness. We also know when he goes off-script he delivers what sound like the taunts and insults of a fourth grader. Put all that together and it could very easily have been another massive misstep by Trump in a months-long string of them. He would have looked even more petulant and bitter than he already does.

This attempted assassin's actions have only benefited the right wing.

losing even more funding. They get a few bucks from subscribers, but it is still the oligarchs who do major "philanthropy". When T cut off Fed funding, he put the power in the hands of the billios. There's a pattern here.

My 100% Dem family was discussing current events and I listened and realized they didn't have facts from only 24 hours earlier. I asked them where they get their info from and we all agreed MSM is not a reliable source. I also mentioned MN NOW and PBS are not reliable either and I get news from liberal podcasts.

It turned out that the current news and facts I gave them at the family dinner were on MSN the following day. This proved my point. All media is supported by $$$$$$ from anywhere so do not trust.

The news story that was not being reported on MSN was about how hundreds of military planes and personnel were needed to rescue the pilots who were shot down over Iran.

Liberal podcasters reported it bit MSN (including MS NOW and PBS did not).

For up to date info I follow Meidastouch, Adam Mockler, Harry Sisson, Jack Cocchiarelle and Luke Beasly mostly.
