2. It's not over yet. Court did deny preliminary injunction though which is a good sign.

to them in the courts, the Republicans send it as an "Emergency" to their wholly owned subsidiary the U.S.Supreme Court...
and they get a decision, in their favor, the next day......convenient, huh........

So all I can figure is the current suit was filed to eventually get the case into Federal Court somehow and hope corruption does its job for them.
