(14,058 posts)I was walking my dog this weekend and saw an F 150 truck with a Trump bumper sticker. I posted about this on FB and wondered how much he is paying for a fill-up. A friend answered "I can tell you that, it's $88. But I don't have the bumper sticker".

Not everyone can do that, but everyone can cut some. Just remember that the extra cost for you is going to big oil.

(5,828 posts)"How far can you go on a dollar's worth of fuel. For the average gas car, it is 7 miles (@ $4/gallon and 29 mpg). For the average EV it is 28 miles (12¢/kWh and 3.5 miles/kWh).
US Legacy manufacturers are cancelling their EV plans, while the EU and Asia go all in.

Ford, in their infinite wisdom, will not be making a 2027 Model year, and are scaling back their EV plants.
