Perhaps a bit of pollution--oh, well, Russia already has to much petroleum outside of the ground and tanks and pipelines, not sure they'd notice--but then they'd have submarine-tanker cluttering up their loading area. And they'd have to find a way of floating them--dealing with any equipment damage to the tanker--and moving them.
