And even if there is a blue wave at that time, it doesn't mean it will be lasting. The American people, as a whole, are fucking stupid. I point to the election of 2024 as evidence.

She was raised in the farming area outside Ft Wayne. Ft Wayne is known as the City of Churches, by the way.

Whenever we would go to visit her relatives near an election time we would see a significant number of Trumpster signs and flags. Almost never for any Democrat.

That belt in Southern Illinois, all of Indiana and most of Ohio is one of the most Conservative areas in the US.
