At Trump's speech on Wednesday, one conspicuous detail stood out to a number of internet observers: the bruises on both of his hands that he clumsily tried to hide with a thick layer of makeup.

It's not the first time the nearly 80-year-old president has been spotted with ugly hand bruises — and it triggered a fresh wave of speculation about Trump's physical health.
