Trump is not leaving office on his own accord. And even if he does. The rot infests the US Supreme Court, The US Congress and the power elite.

If I can put words in their mouth, voting hard enough won’t fix the endemic sicknesses. Dems will have to root out deep corruption and reinvent federal governance. If they try to “get back to normal” after the elections, we’re well and truly fucked.

I agree, just voting isn’t going to get out of this. Look at Virginia, Colorado where we just gave up. In Ohio, where the same issue as Virginia with voting districts and republicans said screw the courts. Same with the orange blob.
Also, the leadership of of our party aren’t supporting Platner nor Mamdani.
We need to fight every single thing all the time.
We need a FDR, not milquetoast leaders.

Unfortunately, the ruling class has an iron grip on the mentality of much of the working class. So much so that the workers won’t even defend themselves and worse, actively want to be ruled by these hoarders and parasites under the ridiculous assumption that they too will one day ascend to that class.

Obviously, we have to keep voting because that’s the system we live under but once the material conditions break down enough, and they will, the People will do what has to be done. Because there will be no other choice. This system of infinite economic growth simply cannot be sustained.

They think that by worshiping the Epstein class they will be able to associate with Epstein class, be accepted by the Epstein class, and somehow be one of them.

Meanwhile, the Epstein class is never going to deign to have anything to do with most magats. It's like those old, strange women at magat rallies who dress provocatively with signs saying "boner garage" and an arrow pointing to their vagina. No, girl - they don't love you.

I believe it's possible that the information overload in this modern digital age is causing more and more people to become fatigued with politics and more disconnected from the collective decision making process, resulting in them being more willing to simply let others make decisions for them.

Even if we win BOTH houses, it's gonna be a God Dam long two years. They will continue to use courts to their advantage. I just wonder what they are gonna do to disrupt our MIDTERMS. I KNOW they will do something for sure. Be ready for anything in November, or October.

That….is America. We don’t like this today so we vote. Then we are at the alter and can make policy. That’s the game. Storming the capital or any other bs is a pipe dream. We need to motivate people to vote and enact change, and we need a majority to do that.

Voting as a single measure may not get us out of this mess, but if we don't vote, we have no hope. Voting is the most fundamental thing we must do. While it may seem an oversimplified remedy to taking our democracy back, it's key to righting this ship. If we can't get that done, we are sunk, for certain.

They're in doctors offices, dental offices, hospitals, military bases, restaurants, bars, gyms, I could go on and on. And inexplicably like every other post in my feeds are of the asshole or one of his goons on Fox saying something stupider than the last thing they said. So if it's that small of a percentage that watches cable news, why does one channel dominate the discussion?
